Position Overview:
We seek a Remote Recruiter to interview candidates for our clients operating in the pet care industry.
This independent contractor role offers incredible flexibility. You will select where you work, when you work, and what businesses you represent.
Most of our conversations are with candidates seeking opportunities as dog daycare staff, dog walkers, dog trainers, pet groomers, or other support positions, such as administrators and managers.
Compensation:
$11 to $27 per conducted interview, depending on duration. Interviews run 25 to 60 minutes, with most scheduled for 45 minutes.
$200-$1500+ per month, depending on client demand, candidate attendance rates, and recruiter availability.
Performance reviews with compensation increases available.
Additional bonuses based on the recruited staff member's tenure.
Responsibilities:
Use JotForm, Indeed, and JazzHR for candidate management.
Manage your schedule with Calendly.
Conduct job interviews and exit interviews via Zoom.
Review asynchronous interviews via Hireflix.
Send summary emails for each interview, with recordings and transcripts provided by Grain.
Manage email communications with Gmail.
Create invoices for direct deposit payments.
Ideal Candidate:
We strongly prefer a candidate with management experience in a dog daycare.
Some level of prior professional experience in the pet care industry is required.
If you have prior experience hiring staff, that would be an advantage.
Strong time management and communication skills.
You must be patient and adaptable.
Requirements:
A reliable Windows/Mac/Chrome-based computer (desktop or laptop) with high-speed internet and a webcam.
A private, quiet space for appointments.
Comfort in handling diverse candidates passionate about animals.
Understanding of the professional interviewing process, including compliance with candidate questions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Willingness to undergo background checks, professional behavior surveys, and work history verification processes.
