We offer two tiers of support:

Pay Per Interview model:

Best for companies outsourcing interviews, reference checks, and work-history verification to WalkerScout. This is our preferred method to assist most clients.

Services Include:

  • A code for the WalkerScoutJobs.com Job Board with Featured Company status.

  • All recruiters are based in the US and have a background in the pet industry.

  • Professional, fair, and welcoming interviews with questions designed to learn more about candidates' experiences, skills, and motivations.

  • Virtual interviews are conducted on Zoom and run from 25 to 60 minutes* (based on interview/position complexity).

  • Detailed candidate summaries with recruiter notes, scores, and video clips/transcripts.

  • Professional references and professional work history obtained and verified.

  • Two Recruitment Process Review meetings included per month.

    Additional Service Options:

  • Optional additional Recruitment Process Review meetings available at $30 per appointment.

  • Optional Exit interviews available at $30 per appointment.

How much does the PAY PER INTERVIEW MODEL cost?

  • Attended short interviews (scheduled up to 25 minutes) starting at $30.

  • Long interviews (scheduled up to 60 minutes) start at $45.

  • No-show interviews are invoiced at $10.

  • Activate WalkerScout recruiting services with a one-time fee of $200. No retainer required.

  • Invoices are due in 30 days.

  • We email all invoices with a secure, convenient payment portal provided by Square.

Pay Per HIRE model:

Best for companies outsourcing job board management, application reviews, and other phases supported in the pay-per-interview model.

*This service is only available subject to WalkerScout's availability and capacity.

Services Include:

  • Designing your job post and application process.

  • Job post management on Indeed and guidance for other platforms.

  • A unique WalkerScout application link, enabling clients to share the opportunity anywhere.

  • A listing on the WalkerScoutJobs.com Job Board with Featured Company status.

  • An optional no-cost consulting meeting with a pet-care industry bookkeeper to determine competitive and sustainable wages.

  • WalkerScout staff review applications and send interview invitations to candidates who meet client parameters.

  • Professional, fair, and welcoming interviews with questions designed to learn more about candidates' experiences, skills, and motivations.

  • Asynchronous interview platform: every job seeker can provide a video introduction.

  • All recruiters are based in the US and have a background in the pet industry.

  • Virtual interviews are conducted on Zoom and run from 25 to 60 minutes* (based on interview/position complexity).

  • Client-provided videos can be embedded in the application phase.

  • Senior-level positions start at $1425 per hire (interview duration: 60min.)

  • Activate WalkerScout recruiting services with a one-time fee of $200. No retainer required.

  • We send invoices only after a staff member has completed a 90-day probationary period with your team.

  • Invoices are due in 30 days. Staff members generate revenue for 120 days before payment is due.

  • We email all invoices with a secure, convenient payment portal provided by Square.

  • Clients who use one of our preferred pet industry resources receive a $25 per-hire discount.
