What type of jobs can I recruit with WalkerScout?

In 2019, WalkerScout was built from the ground up to support small businesses in the pet care industry. We have recruited hundreds of dog walkers, pet sitters, dog trainers, dog handlers, and administrators. We can also recruit groomers, veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants. What is a recruitment process outsourcing solution? Is walkerScout a recruiting firm?

A RPO (recruitment processing outsourcing) and a traditional recruiting firm have similar goals. Getting the right person hired as soon as the client needs them. The big difference? You will still fund your own sponsored advertising when working with a RPO like WalkerScout. WalkerScout works internally with your candidates. WalkerScout will not own or control your candidates. A recruiting firm is more transactional, and a RPO like WalkerScout is more strategic. Consequently, working with a RPO is far less expensive than with a traditional recruiting firm.

Think of WalkerScout as a temporary hiring manager you can deploy when needed.

WHAT HR DUTIES CAN BE DELEGATED TO WalkerScout?

WalkerScout can draft advertisements, manage postings, create flyers, produce social media content, perform resume reviews, conduct extended virtual face-to-face interviews, and provides professional reference checks and work history verifications. Recruiters provide video recordings, automated transcripts, notes and scores for each passing candidate.

Once a selection has been made, you can take advantage of coaching calls to help with onboarding or schedule them far in advance as quarterly performance reviews. Upon their resignation, an exit interview can be performed.

All of these phases, advertising, reviewing, interviewing, reference checks, work history verification, candidate ranking, coaching calls, and exit interviews, are available as one turnkey service.

How many applicants will you be working with to fill one position?

WalkerScout will continue working with all candidates until you have received a candidate's acceptance of your job offer. There is no limit on the number of candidates we will review or interview.

HOW MUCH WILL WALKERSCOUT COST PER HIRE?

  • You pay nothing to get started.

  • The first invoice is due 30 days after your hired staff member’s first day.

  • You select an agreement for monthly payments over a six-month or twelve-month period.

  • If a staff member leaves your business, unsent invoices are voided.

  • All invoices are shared easily and securely via Square.

Basic Recruitment - Starting at $80 (12 monthly payments) or $130 (6 monthly payments) per hire.

Services Include:

  • WalkerScout will manage your job posts on a client-provided JazzHR account.

  • A basic listing on the pet-care industry’s exclusive WalkerScoutJobs.com.

  • Unlimited application reviews.

  • Unlimited candidate interviews.

  • Maximum virtual interview duration of 45 minutes per appointment on Zoom.

  • Asynchronous interviews run up to 15 questions in length.

  • Detailed candidate summaries with recruiter notes, scores, and video clips/transcripts.

  • Professional references checked with work history verified.

  • Optional performance reviews and exit interviews are available at an additional cost of $30 per appointment.

Full Cycle Recruitment - Starting at $85 (12 monthly payments) or $135 (6 monthly payments) per hire.
