This helps ensure that each reference check is completed. The reference checks are performed via an emailed link sent by the candidates, providing faster responses. If the professional reference lacks detail, a telephone call ensures that the reference check is completed correctly. Scores are assigned to this process, making it easier to rank candidates. In the reference check, we are looking for examples of candidates working independently, emphasizing safety, practicing time management, strong attention to detail, providing excellent customer service, and ideally performing high-quality work with patience and empathy.

Work history verifications will confirm the accuracy of a candidate’s resume. For most candidates, the work history verification will also confirm if the employee is re-hireable at their previous place of work.
