We are hiring a Guest Relations Specialist.
Job Duties
Staff will need to be available from 6:45am to 11am, Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required.
Staff will start at 15-20 hours per week.
Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk: greet clients, check pets in/out, answer phones, and handle inquiries.
Maintain accurate computer records, process payments, and perform filing.
Assist with general office duties and support the Office Manager as assigned.
Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments during check-in/out and while escorting to/from play yards or boarding areas.
Multi-task across multiple phone lines and front-desk responsibilities during busy periods.
Uphold facility cleanliness and safety protocols and report any health or behavior concerns to management.
Ideal Candidate
Prior office experience with a strong customer service background required; front desk and sales experience preferred.
Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments; prior dog experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Able to multitask, manage multiple phone lines, perform basic math and cash handling, and maintain attention to detail.
Physical ability to walk, squat, reach, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Open availability for requested schedule and occasional weekend coverage; reliable and punctual.
